Donegal's Crime Prevention Officer warns of bogus alarms Aug 28, 11:25 am


The Crime Prevention Officer for Donegal is urging those installing alarms in their properties to ensure that the installer is registered with the Private Security Authority.

Sergeant Paul Wallace says with burglaries in the county on the increase, more and more people are having bogus alarms installed.

 

  Number plate recognition cameras have become major breakthrough in the fight against crime, these cameras are anti dazzle and will highlight the vehicle registration plate 24/7 where other cameras will be blinded by headlights. This camera boasts dual function of acting as a floodlight also with the latest white LED technology. A must for properties where the monitoring of vehicle traffic is important.
